We are glad you are here and considering saving lives by fostering. Fostering is VITAL to a rescue's success. Please make sure you are ready to commit before filling out an application. If you are approved we understand the emotional and physical commitment and will be with you every step of the way.
Thank you again for your interest! Without our wonderful fosters and volunteers we would not be able to help those animals most in need. And your reward will see them able to have a happy, comfortable, secure future and find the love they so deserve!

There is no changing your mind without putting a life in jeopardy by having no place to go. Please be sure you are ready to save a life and commit to being there for that animal.

These animals are here because people have let them down in their past. Make sure you are ready to improve their world!
Requirements for Fostering
TFAR is a foster based rescue. We do not have a facility. We do not have EMERGENCY FOSTERS. We do not use boarding facilities. You need to make sure you can commit until the animal is adopted. Fostering can take a short or long time, there is no 'average' time.
Please fill out the form completely. If something does not apply put N/A. We will need to contact your references and do a home visit - either in person or virtually - in order to process your application.
